Returns and Replacements

For returns or replacements, please contact us at kerryn@thecountryyard.co.nz with your order number.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we can arrange an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis.

If a product isn’t suitable due to an ordering mistake or a change of mind, you can return it within 30 days as long as it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and sealing. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please note that The Country Yard only takes ownership of returned items once they arrive at our warehouse. Or alternatively you can visit us in store during our business hours.

Refunds

For online orders we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
