All orders ship from our store: The Country Yard, upon receiving payment, all orders will be dispatched on Fridays.

New Zealand Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

• NZ Standard Shipping: Orders under $150, Standard Shipping rate $7.50 applies
• NZ Rural Shipping: $11.90 
• Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch, unless you're located in a rural area, where delivery times may be longer.

• Standard Shipping: Orders under $150, Standard Shipping rate $16 applies
• Delivery time varies between regions and states.

All orders are fully tracked, and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your order’s journey from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Address and Responsibility

Please ensure you provide your complete and accurate address when placing your order. While we do our best to ensure successful deliveries, The Country Yard cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Additionally, please ensure there is a secure location at your address where our delivery partners can leave your parcel. We cannot be liable for any orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after delivery to the specified address.
